If you don't accept an order, it costs you nothing
You pay a small fixed amount for every order you accept, and it stays the same whether the order is small or large. There is no percentage. With a percentage, the more you sell the more you pay. With us, a busy night is simply a busy night.

Your money stays yours
Your customers pay you directly. Ping2Dine never holds your money and never takes a percentage of your turnover.
We also do not see what you earn. Our admin panel shows no financial data about your restaurant until you unlock it yourself with your own support PIN, and that unlock lasts one hour. This is enforced on our server, not just hidden in a screen.
Payment methods in South Africa
Customer payments go directly to your own payment account, not through Ping2Dine. If your payment provider has its own payout schedule, that schedule applies, not ours.
The customer stays yours, not ours
We are not a delivery company and we do not want to be. You handle the food, we handle the ordering. And there is no percentage on top: you pay one small fixed amount per accepted order, so you always know in advance what it costs.
To be fair about it: Ping2Dine is not free. There is a small fixed fee per accepted order. There just isn't a percentage of what the order is worth.
