PayPay, with an automatic confirmation
Japan is the one country where Ping2Dine connects directly to the payment provider. Your customer pays with PayPay and the webhook confirms the payment on our side, without a manual check.
No app, which matters for visitors
Guests order by scanning a QR code at the table or by opening your page in a browser. Nothing to install and no account to create, so a visitor from abroad orders as easily as a regular.
Built for the lunch rush in office buildings
Group delivery lets an entire floor or building order together and arrive as one delivery, in one time slot. The checkout asks for the building or company name, so your kitchen can bundle orders the way the lunch peak actually works.
Your money stays yours
Your customers pay you directly. Ping2Dine never holds your money and never takes a percentage of your turnover.
We also do not see what you earn. Our admin panel shows no financial data about your restaurant until you unlock it yourself with your own support PIN, and that unlock lasts one hour. This is enforced on our server, not just hidden in a screen.
Payment methods in Japan
Customer payments go directly to your own payment account, not through Ping2Dine. If your payment provider has its own payout schedule, that schedule applies, not ours.
The customer stays yours, not ours
We are not a delivery company and we do not want to be. You handle the food, we handle the ordering. And there is no percentage on top: you pay one small fixed amount per accepted order, so you always know in advance what it costs.
To be fair about it: Ping2Dine is not free. There is a small fixed fee per accepted order. There just isn't a percentage of what the order is worth.
